3. How We Use Your Information
- To operate and maintain your account on the platform
- To match you to verified opportunities based on your profile
- To facilitate applications between candidates and employers
- To send notifications about matched opportunities (with consent)
- To improve platform features and user experience
- To comply with legal obligations
4. Lawful Basis for Processing
We process your personal information based on your explicit consent (obtained during onboarding), our legitimate interest in operating the platform, and legal compliance. You may withdraw consent at any time through your account settings.
5. Data Sharing
We do not sell your personal information. Your profile data is only shared with verified employers when you actively apply to an opportunity or when you have granted "Partner Opportunities" consent for platform-facilitated referrals. Our AI assistant (ARTHALIA) processes data strictly within the platform and does not share data with external parties.
6. Data Retention
We retain your personal information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide platform services. You may request account deletion at any time from your profile page. Upon deletion, your data will be removed within 30 days, except where retention is required by law.

8. Security
